Caitlin is a Level 2 gym instructor and primal movement coach with 7 years experience teaching group fitness classes and 1:1 gym based training. She is passionate about encouraging movement and believes everyone can find a form of exercise they love.She now offers a range of classes at The Headland and is available for personal training sessions. Perfect for all fitness levels, AquaFit combines low-impact, water-based exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Whether you want to to tone muscles, recover from an injury, or simply enjoy a fun and refreshing workout.

Join us in The Spa pool and make a splash on your journey to better health! 

£10 per session, held in The Spa pool. Enjoy a complimentary hot drink in The Spa Lounge after the session. Upgrades to day passes are available.
