Starting in Housekeeping, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Her dedication and attention to detail quickly made her a valued member of the team.

Eager to expand her experience, Anjali transitioned to The Terrace, where she developed her skills in food and beverage. Here, she mastered the art of delivering exceptional dining experiences, further enhancing her understanding of hospitality. Her journey continued as she took on a role in RenMor and reception, each position adding to her diverse skill set and broadening her perspective on hotel operations.

Currently, Anjali is thriving in her role in reservations, where her multifaceted background serves her well. Her ability to understand and anticipate guests' needs, combined with her knowledge of various departments, enables her to provide a seamless and personalized booking experience.

While excelling at The Headland, Anjali has also been pursuing a degree in Hospitality. As she approaches graduation, she reflects on how her academic knowledge complements her practical experience. The principles of hospitality management she has studied align perfectly with her hands-on understanding of the industry, creating a solid foundation for her future career aspirations.

Anjali's ultimate goal is to rise to a management role at The Headland. She sees herself utilising her comprehensive experience across different departments to lead er team with insight.
