Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeship courses are designed to pave the way for successful careers in hospitality. You'll have the opportunity to earn while you learn, with experienced teams across the hotel guiding you every step of the way. We've also partnered with Truro & Penwith College, which offers a diverse range of hospitality courses, along with ongoing support and guidance for our apprentices.

No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards teamwork. While getting started can seem daunting, the path to your dream job may be simpler than you think.

Summer Internships

We are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of hospitality individuals. Our summer placements are more than just jobs; they're stepping stones to a fulfilling career. You'll gain hands-on experience alongside industry veterans, learning the intricacies of 5-star service from the ground up. We'll mentor your potential, helping you discover your strengths and develop the skills to set you apart. It's an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while shaping your future in the world of luxury hospitality.

To ensure our commitment is evidenced, we have partnered with EarthCheck, the world’s leading benchmarking and certification provider. We are very proud to now hold Bronze Benchmark EarthCheck Accreditation.

There has not been a day in the years I have worked here that I have not wanted to come to work, I have loved every day. Working at The Headland has been the pinnacle of my career. I just wish I had discovered hospitality earlier. To be a Headlander is an honour and I’m very proud to be one. Sarah Gaskin, Head Concierge
